CORM Contributor Agreement

Thank you for your interest in The CORM Project. In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with Contributions from any person or entity, the CORM Project must have a Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") on file that has been signed by each Contributor which indicates their agreement to the license terms below. This license is for your protection as a Contributor as well as the protection of the Project and its users; it does not change your rights to use your own Contributions for any other purpose, including commercial purpose. If you are a contributor and have not already done so, please complete and send an original signed Agreement to The CORM Project, 1810 3rd Ave SE, Apartment 310, Minneapolis, MN 55404, United States of America.

By signing below, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions for Your present and future Contributions submitted to the CORM Project.

1. You agree to license Your Contributions to the CORM Project under the terms of the Academic Free License, 3.0, as published by the Open Software Initiative ("The License") at http://www.opensource.org/licenses/academic.php. Your agreement is with the understanding that the CORM Project shall not use Your Contributions in a way that is inconsistent with the terms of The License.
2. You reserve all right, title, and interest in and to Your Contributions, as per the terms of the The License
3. You agree to notify the Project Lead of any facts or circumstances of which you become aware that would make these representations inaccurate in any respect.
