CORM Project Mailing Lists

At this point in the project development, it is important to have a single mailing list that everyone involved in any way with the CORM project can participate in. This helps foster community, and because all developers are naturally users as well, the corm-user mailing list will take priority. If in the future we need another mailing list just for developers, we can easily create that as well.
