Release Notes for CORM alpha-06

The alpha-06 release is a minor incremental revision that brings important testing improvements to the project. The new transactional test harness from inside of the corm-party module provides an avenue forward for providing persistence testing and functionality to the rest of the project. We're now moving full steam ahead on implementing persistence for the other modules in the project.

Look for another major release by the end of February.
